The Right Way, a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia under unified national number 7036342116 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (rw.sa).

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: When you contact us or fill out forms on the Site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and other details.
  • Non-Personal Information: We may collect non-identifiable data such as your browser type, IP address, and pages visited.
  • Referral and campaign information: which partner, link, campaign or website brought you to the Site, and when (see sections 4 and 4c).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To improve the functionality and user experience of the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
  • Your answers in our tools: what you enter in our tools is kept with your request so that we can show you your result, email it to you and follow up with you about it. We also use it in aggregate, without your identity, to improve our tools. We contact you with offers only if you tick the optional box on the form, and you can withdraw that choice at any time (section 7).

3. Sharing Your Information

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site.
  • If one of our partners referred you, we report the referral to that partner with your company name, but without your name or contact details (see section 4c).
  • We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies and measurement tools

  • Essential cookies: needed to run the Site and to remember the choice you make in the cookie notice. They are not used to track you, and they cannot be switched off.
  • Referral and campaign records: if you arrive through a link from one of our partners, we store a cookie named trw_partner for a limited period, recording which partner referred you, when you first opened their link, and the page you landed on, so the referral is credited correctly even if you contact us later. If you arrive through a link that carries campaign details, such as a link from our social media pages or an advertisement, we keep a record of that campaign in your browser's storage for a limited period. We also note the first website that sent you to us, if your browser shares it, and any campaign or advertisement tags on that first visit, so an enquiry you send later is credited to how you first found us. A session cookie named trw_geo, deleted when you close your browser, tells the Site whether these records may be stored in your region. If you are visiting from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, or your region cannot be determined, none of these records is stored on your device: the referral is kept only in the open browser tab while you browse, and you can enter the partner's code in our form instead. These records hold nothing about you beyond how and when you arrived, and the referral record is never sent to advertising platforms. The cookie notice does not control them; you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
  • Site measurement (Google Analytics): we measure how the Site is used, such as which pages are visited and for how long, so we can improve it. This tool sets its own identifier and sends usage data to Google, which processes it outside the Kingdom. We rely on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our own website, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences. You can opt out for all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Advertising (TikTok pixel): measures the results of our advertising campaigns and helps us show more relevant ads. It is switched off until you agree, and it sends data to TikTok outside the Kingdom. When you submit a form after agreeing, we also send TikTok a securely hashed version of your email and phone so a conversion can be matched to an ad. If you do not agree, none of this runs.
  • You can review your choice or withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing takes effect immediately and does not affect anything processed before it.

4b. Legal basis, retention, and where your data goes

  • Legal basis: we process the details you enter in our forms to answer you and to provide the service you asked for, which is processing necessary to take steps at your request. Site measurement rests on our legitimate interest in improving the Site. Recording which partner or campaign brought you, and reporting a referral to the partner with your company name but without your name or contact details (section 4c), rests on our legitimate interest in crediting referrals and campaigns correctly. Advertising cookies and any marketing use of your data rest on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Is it optional? Providing your details is optional. You can browse the Site and use the free calculators without giving them, though we cannot send you a quote or a report without a way to reach you.
  • Who receives your data: our CRM provider (on a data centre in the Kingdom), our analytics and backup provider, our transactional email provider, our payment provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (when you pay for a membership it receives your payment details on its secure page; we never see your full card number), our advertising platform for advertising measurement (only with your consent), our partner portal's database provider (in the European Union), and, if a partner referred you, that partner, as described in section 4c. Some of them process data outside the Kingdom, including in the European Union and the United States, as the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations allow. We give you the names of these recipients if you ask for them. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
  • Retention: we keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and no longer than necessary for the purpose they were collected for. Where a record is no longer needed we delete it or render it anonymous.

4c. Partner referrals

  • What we record: if you reach us through a partner's link, or enter a partner code in one of our forms, we add to your enquiry which partner referred you, the date you first opened their link, the page you landed on, and whether you typed the code yourself. We also note the referral if you message us on WhatsApp after arriving through a partner's link.
  • Why we record it: to credit the referral to the right partner and to settle it with them. To make sure a referral is credited only once, and to the right partner, we check whether your email address or phone number is already in our records.
  • What the partner sees: once a referral is credited to them, the partner can see in their partner account that it arrived, the date, the country you contacted us from, whether you used one of our tools (and which one) or sent an enquiry, whether a purchase of The Right Way Membership was completed (so that the partner's fee can be calculated), and how far it has progressed (received, in conversation, proposal, contract signed, or closed). The partner never sees your name, email address, phone number, message, payments, or the answers you entered in our tools. We work out the country from your connection and do not keep your IP address for this.
  • Your company name: we show it to the partner who referred you, so they can follow the referral they made. You can object at any time by emailing us, and we will stop showing it to the partner.
  • Partners who prefer not to be named: some partners ask us not to name them on our pages. In that case we still record the referral and report it to the partner as described above, but we never share your company name with them.
  • Partners outside the Kingdom, and your choice: some of our partners are based outside the Kingdom and view their referrals from there. If you would rather a referral were not recorded or reported, email info@therightway.sa with the words Personal Data in the subject line, and we will stop reporting it to the partner.

5. Data Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Links

  • The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.

7. Your Rights

  • Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed of how and why your personal data is processed, to request access to it, to request a copy of it in a readable format, to request that it be corrected or completed, and to request that it be destroyed when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
  • Where our processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. For advertising cookies, use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. For anything else, email us.
  • You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time, and every marketing message we send carries a way to do so.
  • To exercise any of these rights, email info@therightway.sa with the words Personal Data in the subject line. We will respond within the period set by the Law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
  • Each version of this policy carries a date. We announce material changes on this page, and by email if you have an account with us.
