The official sources behind this radar

Built on PIF's Strategy 2026-2030, the Vision 2030 Annual Report 2025, MISA's National Investment Strategy, Investor Guide and Invest Saudi opportunity listing, SVC and Jada reports, NTDP programme pages and Monsha'at's SME Monitor — verify the source yourself.

The Right Way is independent and not affiliated with any government body. This tool is not endorsed by PIF, MISA or any entity it cites, and citing a source does not imply its endorsement. Invest Saudi listings are shown as published and credited to the Ministry of Investment; to register interest in one, use the platform itself.

This tool is free and for guidance only. Its results are estimates based on general benchmark figures that may not apply to your case; they are not certified advice or a binding commitment from The Right Way, and should not be relied upon on their own.

How to read Vision 2030's third phase as a foreign company

The third phase (2026-2030) moves from building to returns. PIF calls it the Value Realization Phase and says plainly that domestic and foreign private capital is invited to invest in and alongside its companies, and that private operators, suppliers and service providers will lead operations as its ecosystems mature.

So this radar reads each lane with three separate signals: where policy is pushing, where money is actually moving, and how busy the lane is. The first two come from official sources with pages and periods; the third is our team's view with its reason, because provider counts are not published for most sectors.

  • Local content is the entry ticket in PIF's ecosystems: arrive with a local hiring and sourcing plan.
  • PIF may refine development timelines: build a plan that survives a date moving.
  • Programmes and grants are questions to ask, not lines in your plan: terms change and some are inactive.
  • After the lane comes the entity: a managed service, a company, a branch or a regional HQ. The Entry Route Finder helps you choose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Choose your sector, how you plan to enter (sell or serve, build or manufacture, invest or fund), your ticket size, region and home country. The radar shows three lanes: yours first, then two related lanes. Each lane card carries a policy signal with one official evidence line, an investment-activity signal with its source, our view of how busy the lane is and why, programmes worth asking about, and one caution.
