Account Terms
Version 1.0. Effective 7 October 2026.
The member area at members.rw.sa opens together with payments. Until then, you can request the Membership on the Membership page, and we email you when you can create your account and buy.
1. Who we are
- The member area at members.rw.sa is operated by The Right Way (ذا رايت واي), a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unified national number 7036342116. In these terms we call it The Right Way, TRW, we or us.
- VAT number: 312179196200003. Our VAT registration certificate is available on request.
- National address: 2865 Al Dammam Branch Road, Ghirnatah District, Riyadh 13242, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (short address RFGA2865).
- Phone: 920033091. Email: info@therightway.sa. Website: rw.sa.
2. What these terms cover
- These terms govern your account in the member area, whether you hold a free account or an account on which The Right Way Membership (the Membership) is active. You accept them as a separate step when you create your account. We record the version you accepted and the time, and we email you a copy.
- How your account is created: you enter your email address, choose your interface language, accept these terms, read the privacy notice, make your privacy choices, pass an automated security check, and enter the code we email you. Before you confirm, you can go back and correct anything you entered. If you notice a mistake later, correct it in Settings or tell us.
- These terms are read together with the Terms of Sale, the Refunds and Cancellation policy and the Delivery of Digital Access page, which govern buying a Membership or an extension.
- They are also read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data, and with the rw.sa Terms and Conditions, which govern the public website.
- If these terms and the rw.sa Terms and Conditions differ on anything in the member area, these terms apply. If these terms and the Terms of Sale differ on buying, payment, refunds or the credit, the Terms of Sale apply.
- Section 3 of the rw.sa Terms and Conditions (user submissions) does not apply to anything you enter or save in the member area. Section 13 below explains how we treat it.
- Our Service Terms apply only to a separate service offer that you accept from TRW, for example when you use your credit. Sections 3 and 10 of the Service Terms (prices that exclude VAT, and the non-refundable first instalment) do not apply to the Membership.
- Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law gives you and that cannot be given up by agreement.
3. Who can open an account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- If you use the account for a company, or for a company you plan to set up, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you name a company when you buy a Membership, you confirm that you may bind that company to the Terms of Sale.
- You must give accurate information and keep your email address and company details up to date.
- We may decline or close an account where the law prevents us from serving you, including international sanctions laws that bind us or our payment providers. At checkout we check the billing country and the company named for the credit, and we cannot accept a billing country on the list shown at checkout. If we close a paid account for this reason, we refund you as the Terms of Sale set out, unless the law forbids it.
- You have the same rights under these terms whether you act for yourself or for a business.
4. Free account and Membership account
- Free account: every live tool; 1 company workspace; the latest report for each tool and up to 3 reports you save as scenarios; and new tools when they open to the public. A free account does not include PDF reports, scenario compare, the Ask the team service or the Plan Review.
- Membership account (90 days): everything in a free account, plus 5 company workspaces; every report kept; up to 30 saved scenarios in each workspace, with up to 3 compared side by side; PDF reports (section 10); the Ask the team service, with a reply within 2 business days (section 11); one 30-minute Plan Review with our team (section 11); first access to new tools that launch while your Membership is active (section 12); and a credit panel that shows your credit and its expiry date.
- Your account lists the tools that are live. Tools marked as in development are not included until they launch, and we do not promise launch dates.
5. Buying a Membership
Buying a Membership or an extension is governed by the Terms of Sale, the Refunds and Cancellation policy and the Delivery of Digital Access page, which you accept at checkout. In short:
- Requesting: until payments open, you request the Membership on the Membership page. We email you when you can create your account and buy, because the member area and checkout open together with payments.
- Price: 560 SAR including VAT at 15%, paid once at checkout in your account, on the secure page of our licensed payment provider. Payment is collected in SAR, and nothing renews.
- Access: 90 days from when your payment is confirmed. Your account shows the start and end dates.
- Extensions: 90 more days and one new Plan Review for 560 SAR including VAT, the same price as the Membership, at most 2, bought only at checkout in your account. Each extension is credited in full too. You can buy extensions yourself from 31 January 2027, and until then the Extend button reads Available 31 January.
- Credit: what you pay is credited in full against the professional fee on your first TRW invoice for the company you name for the credit. The Membership credit must be used within 12 months of the Membership payment, and each extension's credit within 12 months of that extension's payment. Credits that are still valid when we issue that invoice are used together on it, and credit from an extension you buy later goes on the next TRW invoice for that company. Any part of a credit that is larger than the professional fee lapses. The credit is not cash, and it does not cover government fees.
- Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, you can have a full refund if your session has not taken place. Once it has, the Membership is no longer refundable, and the full amount stays with you as credit. Each extension follows the same rule, counted from the day you pay for it. After 14 days, we refund only if we do not deliver what we promised. Use Cancel and request a refund in your account. Our 14-day refund includes your 7-day legal right to cancel.
- Invoices: a tax invoice in Arabic, with an English translation, on the day of payment, and a credit note for every refund. Our payment confirmation email, and any email from our payment provider, is a receipt, not a tax invoice.
- Sales pause: if we cannot offer a session slot within 21 days, we pause sales of new Memberships and extensions until we can. This never shortens the session window of a Membership or extension already bought.
- If this summary and those documents differ, those documents prevail.
6. Signing in and keeping your account secure
- We do not use passwords. Each time you sign in, we email you a one-time 6-digit code. Members sign in with the email code only.
- You can be signed in on one device at a time. We sign you out after 7 days without activity, and in any case 30 days after you sign in.
- We run an automated security check at sign-up and sign-in to keep out bots.
- Use an email address that only you can read, and do not share your sign-in codes. We will never ask you for a code by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Tell us at once at info@therightway.sa if you think someone else has used your account. We may sign you out of all devices while we check.
- The TRW staff who can see member records are a small, named group of no more than 4 staff. They use a company email address and an authenticator app. Section 11 explains when staff can read your reports.
7. One person per account
- An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, sell it or let anyone else sign in with it.
- A Membership covers the one person who holds the account. Your colleagues may open their own free accounts.
- Do not open several accounts to get around a limit.
8. Saved reports and what they mean
- A saved report records your inputs and the results our tools gave on the date shown on it, with the version of the calculation and data used.
- The figures are indicative. They rest on official sources and general assumptions that may not fit your case, and government fees and rules change. When the figures behind a saved report change, the report tells you, and you can run the scenario again.
- Where a figure has not been verified, the report does not show it. Some third-party data that appears in rw.sa tools may be left out of saved reports.
- Reports, tool results, replies through the Ask the team service and the Plan Review are general planning guidance. They are not legal, investment, tax or immigration advice, and they do not promise any approval, licence, timeline or result.
- The Membership does not include filing any government application on your behalf. The decisions and fees of government bodies are outside our control. Government relations and company formation are separate TRW services under a separate offer.
- Your results depend on the information you enter, so please check it.
9. Workspaces and scenarios
- A workspace holds the reports and scenarios for one company or one plan. A free account has 1 workspace, and a Membership has 5.
- A scenario is a saved report with a label you choose. With a Membership you can compare scenarios from the same tool side by side.
- In a free account we keep the latest report for each tool and up to 3 reports you save as scenarios. When you save a newer report, an older one that is not saved as a scenario is deleted after 30 days, and we tell you before it is deleted.
- You can rename or delete your own workspaces, reports and scenarios at any time. Deleted items cannot be restored.
10. PDF reports
- With an active Membership you can create up to 10 PDF reports in each 30-day period, counted from the day your Membership starts. You create them with Download PDF and save them from your browser.
- Downloading the same report again within 7 days does not count against the allowance again. Unused PDF reports do not carry over to the next period, and the allowance ends when the Membership ends.
- Each PDF carries a watermark with your email address, the time it was created (UTC) and a short account reference. Do not remove or hide it.
- A free account does not include PDF reports. A copy of your data that you ask for under the Privacy Policy does not count against the allowance.
11. Ask the team and the Plan Review
- The Ask the team service is for members. Write in Arabic or English, and we reply within 2 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, Riyadh time, excluding official public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Please do not send health data, data about religious belief or criminal records, biometric data or other sensitive personal data, or another person's personal data unless you are entitled to share it.
- Plan Review: one 30-minute session on Google Meet with our team, in Arabic or English, and one more with each extension. We do not record sessions.
- Requesting it: you request a session from your account at any time while your access is active, and an extension's session from the day you pay for that extension. Your sessions are used in the order you bought them, your Membership session first. Our team then emails you to agree a time, and we offer you at least one slot within 21 days of your request. If you have not requested your Membership session, we remind you by email before day 30 and before day 75 of your Membership.
- Timing: a session does not lapse while your access is active. If you request it late, the session may take place after your access ends.
- Moving and missing: you may move the session once, at least 24 hours before it starts. A session you miss without moving it counts as held. The Terms of Sale set out the details.
- If we expect a delay on our side, we tell you at once and offer a new time. If we are more than 15 days late against the date agreed, or offer you no slot within 21 days of your request, you may cancel the Membership, or the extension that session came with, and get a refund, as the E-Commerce Law and the Terms of Sale provide.
- When you request the session, you may choose one workspace to share. Our team can read the reports in that workspace from the time you request the session until 7 days after it. You can also choose Share my plan with the TRW team for any workspace at any time, and stop sharing it at any time. Otherwise staff see only what they need to run your account, such as your Membership dates and session status, and not the content of your reports.
12. First access to new tools
- When a new tool launches while your Membership is active, it joins your account at no extra cost before it opens to free accounts.
- We do not promise which tools will launch or when. First access ends when your Membership ends.
13. Your content and ours
- Your inputs, saved reports, scenarios, labels and questions are yours. We use them only to provide the member area to you, to keep the records the law requires, and as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not publish them and we do not sell them.
- You allow us to store, copy and process that content for those purposes only, for as long as we keep it under the Privacy Policy.
- The tools, calculations, data sets, templates, report layouts, text and brand belong to TRW or its licensors. We give you a personal right, which you cannot pass to anyone else, to use them and your reports for your own business planning, and to share your reports with your own advisers, business partners, investors and colleagues.
- You may not resell, republish or offer our tools or reports as a product or service of your own.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use scrapers, crawlers, bots, scripts or any other automated means to access the member area or the tools, or to collect their content or results;
- run tools in bulk, or use their results or our data to build a data set, model or product;
- get around any limit, rate limit, security check or watermark, or open several accounts to do so;
- probe, scan or test the security of the member area, or try to reach another member's data;
- copy, take apart or reverse engineer the tools or calculations;
- enter false information, or another person's personal data without a lawful basis;
- upload or send harmful code, or anything unlawful, offensive or misleading;
- use the member area in breach of the law, including international sanctions laws.
If you find a security weakness, please tell us at info@therightway.sa.
15. Service levels and availability
- We aim to keep the member area available at all times, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We announce planned maintenance in your account when we can.
- We may improve or change tools. We do not withdraw a tool included in an active Membership before that Membership ends unless the law or an authority requires it. Your saved reports from that tool then stay available to you.
- Beyond the service levels in these terms and in the Terms of Sale, we give no warranty that the member area or the tools will meet a particular need or be free of errors. This does not limit any guarantee the law gives you.
- Neither of us is responsible for a failure caused by circumstances beyond their control, provided the affected party tells the other within a reasonable time.
16. Partner referrals
- You may reach us through a link from one of our referral partners. Partners are independent of TRW. They are not our agents, they cannot make promises for us, and they never take payment for the Membership. TRW is the only seller.
- A partner earns nothing on the Membership. A partner may earn a fee from TRW if you later sign a separate service contract with us.
- What a partner can see: one row about you, showing the type of first contact (a request or an account), its date, the country recorded at that time, and the stage of any TRW service engagement (Received, In conversation, Proposal, Won or Closed). Only the progress of a service engagement moves the stage. Your company name appears only if you tick the box to share it with that partner. You can withdraw that choice in Settings, and we remove the name within 2 business days.
- What a partner never sees: whether you bought a Membership; your name, email or phone; your inputs, reports, scenarios or PDFs; your questions; your payments or credit; or session notes.
- If you arrived through a partner's public link, your account may show which partner introduced you.
17. Closing your account
- You can close your account at any time with Close my account in Settings, or by emailing info@therightway.sa from the email address on your account.
- Before you close it, you can ask for a copy of your data through Privacy requests in Settings.
- Once your account is closed you can no longer sign in, and we delete your workspaces, reports, scenarios and questions within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires or what an open matter needs: orders, receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, the credit record and consent records, for the periods in the Privacy Policy.
- Closing your account does not by itself cancel or refund a Membership. If you want a refund, use Cancel and request a refund within the refund period first.
- Credit you have already earned stays recorded for the company named for the credit until it expires, and you can still use it by contacting us.
18. Suspension or closure by us
- We may suspend or close an account, or part of it, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if the account puts the security of the member area or of other members at risk; if we suspect fraud or misuse of payments; or if the law or a competent authority requires it.
- Where the law and security allow, we tell you first, give the reason and give you a chance to respond. We act in proportion to the problem.
- If a card dispute is opened on a Membership or extension payment, we may suspend the access, the session and the credit linked to it while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in your favour, they are cancelled as if refunded. If it is decided in ours, we restore them and add to your access any days the suspension took from it. Please contact us first, since we reply within 2 business days. Nothing in these terms limits your right to raise a dispute with your card issuer.
- If we stop offering the member area, or close an account with an active Membership or extension for a reason other than your serious breach of these terms, we work out the refund separately for your Membership and for each extension. If its session has not taken place, we refund it in full. Otherwise we refund the share of its 90 days that is left, or all of it if those days have not started. Credit linked to an amount we refund in full is cancelled. Otherwise, the credit you earned stays valid until it expires.
19. When a Membership ends, and inactive free accounts
- When your Membership ends, everything you saved stays readable until the last of your credit windows ends. You can keep using free-account features, but not PDF reports or Membership features. Your account then moves to free-account limits, and we email you 30 days before reports beyond those limits are deleted.
- If you do not sign in to a free account for 24 months, we email you at least 30 days before we close it. If you still do not sign in, we close the account and delete its content as section 17 describes. This also applies to a former Membership account once it has moved to free-account limits.
20. Liability
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the member area is limited to the total you paid for your Membership and any extensions, or 100 SAR if you hold only a free account.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for decisions you take based on the indicative figures in the tools or reports.
- These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.
21. Languages and translations
- These terms are issued in Arabic and English, and both texts are binding. If the two texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
- The member area may also be shown in Chinese (Simplified), French, Turkish, Japanese, Urdu, Korean, German and Russian. Those versions are translations for your convenience only and are not binding.
- Our team works in Arabic and English. We reply, and hold your Plan Review, in Arabic or English, and tool results and reports are in Arabic or English.
22. Changes to these terms
- Each version of these terms carries a version number and an effective date. Earlier versions are available on request.
- We tell you about a change by email and in your account at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law requires it sooner, the change only corrects or clarifies, or it is in your favour.
- A change does not reduce what an active Membership includes before that Membership ends, and it does not apply to a purchase made before it takes effect.
- If a change needs your agreement, we ask you to accept it when you next sign in. Continuing to use your account is not, by itself, acceptance of such a change. If you do not accept it, you may close your account, and the version you accepted when you bought a Membership continues to apply to that Membership.
- Where a change affects something you consented to, we ask for your consent again.
23. Complaints
- Send a complaint to info@therightway.sa with Complaint in the subject line, call us on 920033091, or use the Ask the team service if you hold a Membership.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and give you a full answer within 10 business days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect our answer.
- If you are not satisfied, you may take the complaint to the Ministry of Commerce through its consumer complaint channels. For personal data matters, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), as our Privacy Policy explains.
24. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We first try to settle any dispute with you amicably. If that fails, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
- Nothing in these terms limits your right to raise a dispute with your card issuer or to complain to a competent authority.
