Refunds and Cancellation
Version 1.0. Effective 7 October 2026.
This policy covers The Right Way Membership (the Membership) and its extensions, sold by The Right Way (ذا رايت واي), a limited liability company with unified national number 7036342116. It forms part of The Right Way Membership Terms of Sale, and you accept it at checkout. Its summary appears in your order summary before you pay, and on your tax invoice afterwards.
All amounts on this page are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include VAT at 15%.
This policy applies from the day you pay. Until payments open, you request the Membership on the Membership page, and we email you when you can buy. A request costs nothing, and nothing is charged until you pay.
1. At a glance
| Your situation | What you can get |
|---|---|
| Within 14 days of purchase, before your Plan Review | A full refund of 560 SAR |
| After your Plan Review has taken place | No refund, except under section 5. You keep your Membership, your access and its full 560 SAR credit |
| More than 14 days after purchase | No refund, except under section 5. Your access and your credit continue |
| We do not deliver what we promised | A full refund at any time, plus any costs the law entitles you to (section 5) |
| Your credit has already been applied to an invoice | No refund, except under section 4 or 5. We then reverse the credit on that invoice |
| An extension, within 14 days of paying for it | A full refund of 560 SAR, if its session has not taken place and its credit has not been applied to an invoice (section 6) |
2. Full refund within 14 days
- Within 14 days of the day you pay, you can cancel your Membership and get a full refund of 560 SAR, as long as your Plan Review has not taken place.
- Using the tools, saving reports or downloading PDFs in that time does not reduce your refund.
- You do not need to give a reason.
3. After your session
- Once your Plan Review has taken place, the Membership is no longer refundable, except under section 5. This condition is shown on the Membership page and at checkout before you pay.
- You keep your Membership, your access until it ends, and its full 560 SAR credit, under the credit rules in our Terms of Sale.
- A session you missed without moving it counts as held, as our Terms of Sale explain. Within 7 days of purchase, however, a missed session does not end your right to a full refund.
- More than 14 days after purchase, the Membership is not refundable except under section 5, whether or not your session has taken place. Your access and your credit continue.
4. Your legal right to cancel
- The legal right: under Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law, you may cancel a contract for a service within 7 days of making it, as long as you have not used or received the service. You bear no cost for using this right.
- How it fits with our refund: our 14-day refund includes this legal right and adds to it. It never reduces it. You ask for either one in the same way (section 7).
- When the legal right does not apply: the legal right ends once the service has been received or used, and we treat a held Plan Review as use of the service. From then on the Membership is not refundable, except under section 5, and its full 560 SAR credit stays with you (section 3).
5. If we do not deliver
You can get back what you paid, plus any costs the law entitles you to, at any time, even after 14 days and even after your credit has been applied, in these cases:
- Access fails: your access does not start within 15 days of your payment (for an extension, within 15 days of the day its 90 days are due to start), or it stops because of a fault on our side and we do not restore it within 15 days of the date of your report.
- Session not held: we do not hold your session within 15 days after the agreed date, or we offer you no session slot within 21 days of your request for the session.
- Charged in error: we charged you twice or by mistake. We refund the extra amount.
- Order cancelled: we cancel your order, for example under the international sanctions and billing country rules in our Terms of Sale. You get a full refund, unless the law prevents it.
These rules follow Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law, and you keep any other rights the law gives you.
If we stop offering the member area, or close an account with an active Membership or extension for a reason other than your serious breach of our terms, we work out the refund separately for your Membership and for each extension. If its session has not taken place, we refund it in full. Otherwise we refund the share of its 90 days that is left, or all of it if those days have not started. Credit linked to an amount we refund in full is cancelled. Otherwise the credit you earned stays valid until it expires.
6. Extensions
- An extension follows the same refund rules as the Membership, counted from the day you pay for it.
- Within 14 days of paying for an extension, you can cancel it for a full refund of 560 SAR, as long as its session has not taken place and its credit has not been applied to an invoice. This does not limit the legal right in section 4.
- Once the extension's session has taken place, the extension is no longer refundable, except under section 5. You keep its 90 days and its full 560 SAR credit.
- An extension session you missed without moving it counts as held, as in section 3. Within 7 days of paying for the extension, however, a missed session does not end your right to a full refund.
- More than 14 days after you pay for it, an extension is not refundable except under section 5, whether or not its session has taken place. Its access and its credit continue.
- Section 5 applies to each extension too. If we do not hold its session as section 5 describes, you can cancel that extension for a full refund at any time.
- Your sessions are used in the order you bought them, your Membership session first.
- Refunding your Membership, or a card dispute about it decided in your favour, does not by itself cancel an extension you bought for it. Each extension keeps its own refund rules in this section, so you can ask to cancel it too where they allow it. An extension you keep starts the day after your Membership is cancelled, with its session and its credit.
- Refunding an extension cancels its 90 days, its session and its credit, and does not change your Membership. Any later extension moves forward, so your access has no gap.
7. How to ask for a refund
- In your account at members.rw.sa, use Cancel and request a refund. The note beside it reads: Our 14-day refund includes your 7-day legal right to cancel.
- Or email info@therightway.sa from the email address on your account, with Refund in the subject line.
- Or call us on 920033091 during support hours.
- Include your order reference if you have it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no fee.
- If more than one of your purchases can be refunded, say which one you want to cancel: your Membership or a named extension. If you do not say, we ask you before we refund.
- Your request counts from the day we receive it, even if we handle it later. We confirm we have received it within 2 business days.
8. When and how you are refunded
- Timing: we send your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.
- Method: the money goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. We do not refund in cash, by cheque or by voucher. If that card can no longer receive refunds, we contact you to agree another method in the payer's name that the law and our licensed payment provider allow.
- When it arrives: after we send your refund, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank and your card. If it has not arrived, contact us and we will follow it up with our licensed payment provider.
- Currency: we refund in SAR. If your card is in another currency, the amount you see may differ from the original charge because of your card issuer's exchange rate and fees, which we do not control.
- After a refund: the access, session and credit linked to the refund end. Your account keeps any Membership or extension that is not refunded, and otherwise continues as a free account.
9. Credit notes
- For every refund we issue a credit note that refers to your original tax invoice. It is in Arabic with an English translation, and we email it to you.
10. Card disputes
- If something is wrong, please contact us first. We reply within 2 business days, and a refund through us is usually faster than a card dispute.
- You keep every right you have with your card issuer. Nothing in our terms asks you to give those rights up.
- While a card dispute about a Membership or an extension is open, we suspend the access, the session and the credit linked to it. If the dispute is decided in your favour, they are cancelled as if refunded. If it is decided in ours, we restore them and add to your access any days the suspension took from it.
