The Right Way Membership: Terms of Sale

Version 1.0. Effective 7 October 2026.

These terms apply when you buy The Right Way Membership (the Membership) or an extension. Together with our Refunds and Cancellation policy and our Delivery of Digital Access page, which you accept with them at checkout, they form one agreement. Your account is governed by our Account Terms, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Websitesrw.sa (the Membership page) and members.rw.sa (the member area, checkout and orders, which open together with payments)
  • We are a management consultancy and business services company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are the only seller of the Membership.
  • Referral partners may share a link to the Membership. They do not sell it, take payment for it or act for us.
  • A partner never sees whether you bought a Membership, and sees your company name only if you allow it.

2. Who may buy

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • If you buy for a company, or for a company you plan to set up, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. At checkout you tell us whether you are buying for yourself or for a company.
  • Individuals and companies have the same rights under these terms, including the rights the E-Commerce Law gives to consumers.

3. How these terms fit with our other terms

  • These terms apply to the Membership and its extensions. Where they differ from the rw.sa Terms and Conditions or from our Service Terms, these terms prevail for the Membership.
  • Membership prices include VAT, so section 3 of the Service Terms does not apply to the Membership.
  • Refunds follow our Refunds and Cancellation policy, so section 10 of the Service Terms does not apply to the Membership.
  • What you save in the member area stays yours, so section 3 of the rw.sa Terms and Conditions does not apply to it.
  • Your account, free or with a Membership, is governed by the Account Terms. If they differ from these terms on buying, payment, refunds or the credit, these terms prevail.
  • Every TRW service you buy after the Membership, such as company formation, is a separate service with its own offer, under our Service Terms.

4. What the Membership is

The Membership is one-time digital access to our planning tools for doing business in Saudi Arabia, in the member area at members.rw.sa. It is delivered online: your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. The Membership is for one user, who signs in with their own email address.

What the Membership includes

  • Access: 90 days, starting when your payment is confirmed.
  • Tools: every tool marked Live. If a tool still in development launches while your Membership is active, it is added at no extra cost. We do not promise launch dates.
  • Saved reports: every report you save stays in your account.
  • PDF reports: up to 10 PDF reports in each 30-day period, counted from the day your Membership starts, saved from your browser.
  • Workspaces: 5 company workspaces.
  • Scenarios: up to 30 saved scenarios in each workspace, and up to 3 compared side by side.
  • New tools: first access to new tools that launch while your Membership is active.
  • Ask the team: written questions through the Ask the team service in the member area, answered within 2 business days.
  • Plan Review: one 30-minute video session on Google Meet with our team, which you request from your account. You can move it once (section 10).
  • Credit: 100% of what you paid is credited against the professional fee on your first TRW invoice (section 9).
  • Language: replies, the session and reports are in Arabic or English, as you choose. These terms are issued in both languages.

Each PDF carries a watermark with your email address, the time the file was created (UTC) and a short account reference.

What the Membership does not include

  • filing any government application on your behalf, or dealing with any authority for you;
  • government fees of any kind;
  • legal, tax, investment or immigration advice;
  • company formation or any other TRW service, which we offer separately under a separate offer;
  • any promise of a licence, a residency, an approval, a set timeline, an income or any other result.

The Membership description is part of these terms

How the Membership is described on the Membership page and in your order summary forms part of your contract.

After your Membership ends

Everything you saved stays readable until the last of your credit windows ends. You can keep using free-account features, but not PDF reports or Membership features. Your account then moves to free-account limits, and we email you 30 days before reports beyond those limits are deleted.

5. Price and payment

  • The Membership costs 560 SAR, including VAT at 15%.
  • You pay once. Nothing renews automatically, we do not store your card, and we never charge you again unless you place a new order.
  • We charge no delivery fee or any other fee.
  • Payment is collected in Saudi riyals (SAR). An amount shown in another currency, such as USD, is for reference only. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount and may add its own fees.
  • You pay on the secure hosted payment page of our licensed payment provider. We name it on this page before payments open.
  • You enter your card details only on that page. They never pass through rw.sa or members.rw.sa, and we never see or store them.
  • We accept the payment methods shown on the payment page.

6. How ordering works

  1. Request. Until payments open, you request the Membership with the form on the Membership page. A request is free, it is not a purchase and it does not oblige you to buy. We reply within 2 business days, and we email you your secure payment link as soon as you can buy. The member area and checkout open together with payments, and we send these emails in the order we received the requests, oldest first. We handle your request details as our Privacy Policy describes.
  2. Account. Through that link, you create a free account at members.rw.sa, or sign in to yours. The Account Terms apply to it.
  3. Checkout. In your account you open the checkout, which shows your order summary (described below). There you confirm the company for the credit, which you named in your request, and give your billing country and, if you are registered for VAT in Saudi Arabia, your VAT number and company address. You can correct any detail before you pay.
  4. Acceptance. Before you go to our payment provider's page, you tick one box to accept these terms, the Refunds and Cancellation policy and the Delivery of Digital Access page, each linked beside it. The box is never ticked in advance. We record the version you accepted, and the date and time.
  5. Payment. You pay once on our payment provider's secure hosted page. 3-D Secure is used where your card supports it.
  6. Confirmation. Your contract is made when your payment is confirmed, and your access starts then. We email you a confirmation with your access dates, a copy of the terms you accepted, and your tax invoice.

Nothing is charged at any step before you pay on the payment provider's page.

Your order summary

Before you pay, the order summary shows:

  • the seller, The Right Way, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with our VAT number and contact details;
  • the Membership and its price including VAT, and the fact that payment is collected in SAR;
  • the 90 days of access, and the Plan Review session;
  • the credit terms;
  • the refund terms, including that the Membership is no longer refundable once your session has taken place, and the date your refund rights end.

Errors, declined orders and sales pauses

  • Errors in your order: if you notice an error after you send your order, tell us within 24 hours. We either correct it, or cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Errors on our side: if we notice an obvious error on our side before your payment is confirmed, such as a wrong price, we tell you. You can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
  • Orders we cannot accept: before your payment is confirmed, we may decline or cancel an order if sales are paused, or under section 14. We then refund your payment in full.
  • Sales pauses: during a pause the checkout takes no payment, and we tell you when the Membership and extensions are available again.

7. Invoices and receipts

  • On the day you pay, we issue a tax invoice in Arabic with an English translation and email it to you. It shows our name, address and VAT number; a description of the Membership; the date; the total and the VAT amount; the payment method; the start and end dates of your access; and a summary of the refund terms.
  • If you are registered for VAT in Saudi Arabia and give your VAT number and company address at checkout, we issue the tax invoice in your company's name.
  • Our payment confirmation email, and any email from our payment provider, is a receipt, not a tax invoice.
  • For every refund we issue a credit note that refers to your original invoice.

8. Access, the 90 days and extensions

  • Your access starts when your payment is confirmed and ends at 23:59 Riyadh time on day 90. Your confirmation email and your account show both dates.
  • Nothing renews, and nothing is charged when your access ends.
  • Extensions are optional. Each one adds 90 days of access and one new Plan Review for 560 SAR including VAT, the same price as the Membership, and is credited in full too (section 9). You can buy at most 2 extensions for each Membership. An extension that is refunded or cancelled does not count towards this limit.
  • You buy an extension yourself, at checkout in your account, while your Membership or your current extension is still active. Extensions can be bought this way from 31 January 2027. We do not sell extensions through payment links or by hand.
  • An extension starts the day after your access ends, including any extension you have already bought, so you lose no days. You can request its session from the day you pay for it (section 10). The same rules on ordering, acceptance, invoices and refunds apply to it.
  • Your access: in these terms and the documents that form part of them, your access, and your Membership being active, cover your Membership together with every extension you have bought and not cancelled.

9. The credit

100% of what you paid is credited against the professional fee on your first TRW invoice for the company you named in your Membership request and confirmed at checkout, or for a company that TRW forms for it or for the planned business you named, within 12 months of payment. Government fees are not included.

  • Amount: 560 SAR for the Membership, and 560 SAR for each extension you buy.
  • How it is applied: we deduct the credit from the professional fee before VAT is added to that invoice.
  • Window: the Membership credit must be used within 12 months of your Membership payment, and each extension's credit within 12 months of that extension's payment. Credit that is not used in time expires.
  • Used once: each credit is used once, on the first TRW invoice issued to that company after the payment it came from. Credits that are valid at that time are applied together. Credit from an extension you buy after your credit has been applied goes on the next TRW invoice for that company, within 12 months of that extension's payment. Any part of the credit that is larger than the professional fee on that invoice lapses.
  • Company: the credit belongs to that company only. It cannot be moved to another company or person. You can correct the company's name or details before the credit is applied. A correction is not a move to another company.
  • Not cash: the credit is never paid out, refunded as cash, exchanged or transferred, and it earns no interest. It is not a deposit or an advance payment for any service: it is a discount on a separate future agreement with us. Buying the Membership does not oblige you to buy anything else.
  • Government fees: the credit applies only to our professional fee. It never applies to government fees or other third-party costs.
  • Refunds and disputes: if the Membership or an extension is refunded, or a card dispute about it is decided in your favour, its credit is cancelled. Once credit has been applied to an invoice, the payment it came from is refunded only under sections 4 and 5 of the Refunds and Cancellation policy, and we then reverse the credit on that invoice.
  • Your account shows your credit and the date it expires.

10. The Plan Review session

  • What it is: one 30-minute online video session on Google Meet with our team, in Arabic or English, in which we review your plan with you using the results of the tools you used. We do not record the session.
  • Requesting it: you request your session from your account at any time while your access is active. Our team then emails you to agree a time and sends you a Google Meet invitation. We offer you at least one slot within 21 days of your request. If you request it in the last 21 days of your access, your session may take place after your access ends.
  • The agreed date: the date and time you agree with our team is the agreed date for the session. If we cannot hold the session then, we offer you new times. If we do not hold it within 15 days after the agreed date, or if we offer you no slot within 21 days of your request, you may cancel the Membership, or the extension that session came with, for a full refund at any time, even after the 14-day refund period.
  • Moving and missing: you may move your session once, if you do so at least 24 hours before it starts. A session you miss without moving it counts as held. Within 7 days of purchase, however, a missed session does not end your right to a full refund. If we move a session, that does not use up your change.
  • If you have not requested it: you can request a session at any time while your access is active, and it does not lapse while your access is active, even after the 90 days it came with have ended. If you have not requested your Membership session, we remind you by email before day 30 and before day 75 of your Membership.
  • Sharing your plan: when you request your session, you may choose one workspace to share with our team. The team can read that workspace, and no other, from the time of your request until 7 days after the session.
  • Limits of the session: the session is a planning review. It is not legal, tax, investment or immigration advice, and it does not include any government filing. If we suggest a TRW service, that is a separate offer and you are free to decline it.
  • Extensions: each extension includes one new session, under the same rules as above. You can request it from the day you pay for the extension, and it does not lapse while your access is active. Your sessions are used in the order you bought them, your Membership session first.

11. Service promises and the sales pause

  • Replies: we answer questions sent through the Ask the team service within 2 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, Riyadh time, excluding official public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Session availability: if we cannot offer new buyers a session slot within 21 days, we pause sales of new Memberships and extensions until we can. A pause never affects a Membership or extension you have already bought.
  • Delays: if we expect a delay to anything we have promised, we tell you as soon as we know.
  • Warranty: we provide the Membership with the usual professional care, as these terms describe. Apart from the service promises in these terms and any rights the law gives you, we give no other warranty.
  • Availability: the member area may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Our Delivery of Digital Access page explains what we do if your access fails.

12. Tool figures are indicative

  • The figures in the tools and reports are indicative. They are built on official sources and stated assumptions, and each report shows the date of the data it used.
  • Government fees and rules change, and they depend on your activity. A figure may therefore differ from what an authority finally charges or decides.
  • Tool results are planning information. They are not a quote, not a promise of an approval, and not legal, tax or investment advice.
  • The residency and visa tools give general information only. Applications are made with the authority concerned. Any government relations work is a separate TRW service.
  • Please consult the authority concerned or a licensed adviser before you make any important decision.

13. Your account, your content and acceptable use

  • Your account: keep your sign-in codes private. Do not share your account, resell access, or copy the tools or the service by automated means. The Account Terms set out the full rules.
  • Your content: your inputs, reports and questions remain yours. We use them only to provide the Membership, and as our Privacy Policy describes. Our tools, templates and methods remain ours.
  • Using your reports: you may use your reports and PDFs for your own business, including sharing them with your advisers, business partners, investors and colleagues.
  • Serious breaches: if you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access after telling you why. Any refund then follows the law and our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
  • Closing your account: you can close your account at any time. Closing it does not by itself give a refund, and your credit stays valid until it expires.
  • Messages from us: we send service messages about your order, your access, your session and your credit. We send marketing only if you tick the separate contact box, which is never ticked in advance. You can withdraw that consent at any time in your account settings. Every marketing message tells you how to stop it, and we stop at once. Buying the Membership does not sign you up for marketing.

14. International sanctions and billing country

  • We follow the international sanctions laws that bind us and our payment providers. These include the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.
  • Before we accept an order, we check the billing country and the company named for the credit. We cannot accept a billing country on the list shown at checkout.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order that these laws do not allow. If we do, we refund your payment unless the law prevents it.

15. Our liability

  • Our total liability for the Membership is limited to the total you paid for the Membership and any extensions.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for decisions you make based on indicative figures.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the E-Commerce Law or your rights with your card issuer.

16. Complaints, governing law and disputes

  • Complaints: email info@therightway.sa with Complaint in the subject line, or call us on 920033091. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and send a full reply within 10 business days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect our answer.
  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Disputes: we first try to settle any dispute with you amicably. If that fails, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
  • None of this limits your right to complain to the competent authorities, including the Ministry of Commerce, or to raise a dispute with your card issuer.

17. Language

  • These terms are issued in Arabic and English, and both texts are binding. If the two texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
  • Our team works in Arabic and English. We reply, and hold your Plan Review, in Arabic or English.
  • Pages translated into other languages are for convenience only. The Arabic and English texts are the binding ones.

18. Changes to these terms

  • Each version of these terms, and of the two documents that form part of them, carries a version number and an effective date. Earlier versions are available on request.
  • The version you accepted when you paid applies to that purchase. An extension is governed by the version you accept when you buy it.
  • We may change these terms for future purchases. If a change affects your account, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law requires it sooner, the change only corrects or clarifies, or it is in your favour.
  • A change never reduces what you have already paid for unless you agree.
  • Continuing to use our websites does not count as accepting new terms for a Membership you have already bought.
